Order is processed as below:

Return/Exchange Period
Change of Mind : If you’re not satisfied with the merchandise received, you may request for exchange/return of the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery by submitting shipping fee and shipping the merchandise back to the Big Hit Shop. Wrong Order and Defective Items : If you’ve received wrong order or merchandise with manufactured defects, you may request for exchange/return of the merchandise within 90 days from the date of delivery by submitting shipping the merchandise back to the Big Hit Shop(You should leave your request on 1:1 inquiry within 30 days after receiving the merchandise)
Return/Exchange Shipping Cost
If the ‘Return’ is due to buyer’s change of mind, buyer will have to bear their own shipping fee to return the product back to the seller.

Reasons for NOT possible Return/Exchange
